What was it?
Shine On was an offer to purchase heavily discounted solar systems by organising a purchasing group of 30 within a 25km radius of group leader. This very successful program closed in June 2009. All installations are due for completion prior to June 2010.
Who qualified?
Anyone could but to be eligible for the Government’s $8000 rebate their combined family income must have been be under $100,000 for the previous financial year.
How did it work?
The group leader was the central contact and information point, and organised the buying group.
Those who could not find a group were connected to a group.
What was included?
High quality fully installed solar power grid connect systems designed by Pyramid Power's own Engineers.
Caring for and Empowering Community
Eligible community buildings received a free, fully installed solar system for each 30 group purchased systems. A fine example of community supporting community.
