South Coast Training Centre

In an exciting development, Pyramid Power Company is building a new International Standard Training Centre at it's premises located at Pambula on the south coast of NSW.

Pyramid Power has entered into a joint venture with the International Consultation Company, Global Sustainable Energy Solutions (GSES), and has commenced training at the Pambula training centre (GSET).

The courses are internet based with a 3 day practical being held at the new training centre. These courses are for licensed Electricians and will provide them with BCSE Accreditation in grid connect design and installation.

Facilities already completed include a state of the art modern classroom facility, providing all new amenities including, self contained washroom and kitchen, comfortable classroom furniture and audio / video training aids.

Also completed are two training roofs, one constructed as a typical tin roof, the other as a typical tile roof, for use in hands on installation training for students.

Projects underway but not yet completed include:

Wind turbine tower – Including all necessary infrastructure.

Solar water pumping system (including waterhole, Tank etc) .

Complete Raps (Remote area power supply) system - including solar array, generator and all control gear, inverters, MPPT, batteries & chargers.

These new additions will be completed shortly and will be used to train on installation techniques and maintenance.
